We’re excited to introduce a dedicated Spouse/Guest Program at this year’s Hawks Nest Executive Retreat! Designed with connection and community in mind, this program offers spouses and guests a welcoming space to meet fellow attendees, build new friendships, and enjoy curated activities while conference participants are attending sessions.
The program blends social gatherings, shared meals, and interactive experiences to ensure spouses and guests feel just as engaged and included throughout the conference week.

Guests are invited to choose one of three optional group experiences during the registration process: a seaweed workshop, a tour of the Sailing Museum, or a Newport Vineyard Tour and Tasting. Each experience offers a unique opportunity to network, unwind, and enjoy the rich history, culture, and charm of the Newport area.

Whether you're channeling a sophisticated socialite or a dapper gentleman, this is your chance to embrace the spirit of one of Newport’s most iconic eras.

The evening doesn't end when dinner is over! After our Roaring Twenties-themed Retreat Dinner, you're invited to continue the celebration at our exclusive HUG Speakeasy. Step behind the hidden door and enjoy handcrafted Espresso Martinis, classic Old Fashions, and great conversation with fellow attendees in a relaxed atmosphere. But there's one catch—you'll need to know the secret password to gain entry!
Be sure to stop by Sembley's table for the password. It's the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable night of networking, laughter, and a little Prohibition-era fun.

Marble House Mansion Tour
You will embark on a guided tour of a gilded age Newport Mansion. You will experience a world of exceptional elegance and inspiration in architecture, art, interior design and landscapes. Located on 88 acres of exquisite gardens and parks, attendees will explore 250 years of American history at these historic properties.
After the tour, you will enjoy lunch at the iconic Chinese Tea House, located on the grounds of Marble House above the historic Cliff Walk overlooking the Atlantic Ocean.
